ExFlow Travel & Expense Mobile App​

The ExFlow Travel & Expense mobile app is available on Android and iOS and enables fast, effortless submission of expenses and mileage directly from your mobile device.

Once submitted, expense documents are immediately available to approvers and the finance department for review and processing.

The mobile app is the preferred method for submitting expenses and mileage. It is designed for ease of use, requiring only a few taps and minimal input—making it ideal for submitting claims while on the go.


Installation​

Download the ''ExFlow Travel & Expense'' from your mobile device’s app store. The app is available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. You can access it using the links below or by searching for ''ExFlow Travel & Expense'' in the relevant store.

First-Time Login​

Logging into the ExFlow Travel & Expense app for the first time requires two steps:

  1. Customer ID: Enter your Customer ID on the screen below. small

  2. Login Credentials: Enter the username and password provided in your account setup email.

    The Customer ID and Login credentials were provided via email when your account was set up.

    If you do not have these details, contact your Business Central administrator or IT department.

The app will save your Customer ID and login for future use. Keep your credentials available in case you switch devices or need to re-login.
