Nordea First Card

Overview​

Nordea First Card integration provides real-time transaction delivery to the Expense Management mobile app. When a cardholder makes a purchase, the transaction appears in the app within seconds - before the cardholder has left the point of sale.

Available in Nordic countries only.

How it works​

  1. The cardholder makes a purchase using their Nordea First Card.
  2. The transaction is sent to Expense Management in real time.
  3. The cardholder receives a push notification in the mobile app.
  4. The cardholder can immediately attach a receipt photo, or flag the transaction as suspicious.

Setup​

1. Create a Company Card Agreement​

  1. From Truvio Expense Management - Overview, select Company Card → Agreements and create a new agreement
  2. Set Card transactions to Automated feed
  3. Set Card provider to Nordea First Card (OpenCard)

2. Register for First Card transactions​

Click Register for First Card transactions in the action bar. This opens a registration page where the integration is activated with the OpenCard service. Complete the registration steps on screen.

Once registration is complete, the integration status updates and transactions begin flowing in real time.
