Business Central search: AppsForDynamics365 Portal Configuration

This is the main status and configuration page for Portal Connect. Most fields are read-only - they are set during the setup wizard and changed only via the actions.

Customer information

FieldDescription
Customer KeyThe License Key (GUID) that identifies your organisation to the A4D cloud. Provided by Truvio. Read-only after the wizard.
Customer IDA short identifier for your organisation. Provided by Truvio. Read-only after the wizard.
URL to portalThe address of your A4D portal instance. Set automatically during registration.

Localization

FieldDescription
Time ZoneThe time zone used for displaying dates on the portal. Click the assist-edit button (...) to select from a list.
Preferred LanguageThe default display language for the portal. Click ... to select. Not all languages are supported - unsupported selections fall back to English.

Connection status

FieldDescription
Consent grantedWhether the A4D cloud has been granted consent to call the Business Central web service. Must be true for sync to work.
StatusThe overall connection state. Ready (shown in green) means the connection is active. Any other value indicates a problem - re-run the wizard.
Sign in methodThe current portal authentication method: Username / Password, Mixed mode, or Microsoft Login.

Actions

ActionWhat it does
Configure connectionOpens the setup wizard. If the tenant is already configured, you are asked to confirm before re-running all wizard steps.
Change Portal AuthenticationOpens a shorter wizard to change only the sign-in method. Available only when Status is Ready.
