Per diem rules

TEM applies the statutory Estonian per diem calculation, which covers international travel only - submitting a domestic per diem with the Estonia rule active produces an error. Select this rule via Per Diem Setup → Change Calculation Rule → Estonia. The applicable rates are maintained in Per Diem Setup.
