Per diem rules​

The Estonian per diem calculation covers international travel only. Select this rule via Per Diem Setup → Change Calculation Rule → Estonia.

Key rules​

  • Domestic travel is not supported under this rule - submitting a domestic per diem with the Estonia rule active will produce an error.
  • First 15 days: full rate per day.
  • Day 16 onwards: reduced rate. Days are counted cumulatively across all posted per diems in the same calendar month for the same employee - not just within a single trip.
