The Polish per diem calculation has separate tiers for domestic and international travel. Select this rule via Per Diem Setup → Change Calculation Rule → Poland.
Duration tiers

| Less than 8 hours | 0% | 33% |
| 8–12 hours | 50% | 50% |
| More than 12 hours | 100% | 100% |
