Installation issues

Extension won't installVerify ExFlow is installed, BC version is 26.0+, and you have SUPER permissions
"Data Upgrade Complete" shows NoRestart your session and wait 5–10 minutes. Contact support if it stays No after 30 minutes

Authentication issues

"Authentication Failed"Re-enter credentials (check for extra spaces). Confirm HTTPS port 443 is open
"Unable to Store Credentials"Verify admin permissions and that the extension is fully installed

Prediction issues

"No Predictions Available" — Check in order:

  1. Vendor enabled for ML?
  2. Document exported? (Doc Image Sent = Yes)
  3. Vendor has 20+ exported documents?
  4. 48+ hours since first export?

Predictions are inaccurate — Usually means insufficient data (need 50+ documents) or inconsistent historical coding. Continue coding correctly and allow 30–60 days.
