Business Central search: AppsForDynamics365 Cloud Companies
Lists all Business Central companies that have been registered with the A4D cloud. Because company records are cross-company, this page shows the same list from any Business Central company.
Columns
| Column | Description |

| ID | The numeric company ID assigned by the A4D cloud when the company first connected. |
| Name | The Business Central company name. |
| Description | The company description set during wizard setup (Activate company step). |
| Active | Whether the company is active and participating in sync. |
| Last Seen | The last time this company's web service successfully responded to the A4D cloud. Use this to identify unresponsive companies. |
| In Database | Whether the company still exists in this Business Central environment. Companies that have been deleted in Business Central but not yet deregistered show as not in database. |
| Tenant Name | The Business Central tenant name this company belongs to. Relevant in multi-tenant setups. |

Remove registration
Use this to deregister a company that is no longer accessible - for example, a company that has been deleted in Business Central or a sandbox that is being retired.
Conditions before you can remove:
- The company must have been unresponsive (Last Seen) for at least 24 hours. If it was seen more recently, the action shows an error: "The company must be unresponsive for at least 24 hours before you can delete the registration."
- You will be asked to confirm: all login settings for that company will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Do not use Remove registration for active companies. Removing an active company's registration will break sync for that company and require re-running the setup wizard to reconnect.
