Introduction

This SOW, including scope and deliverables, is based on the requirements known to date and discussed with the Customer and, where applicable, the Customer’s Microsoft Dynamics partner.

SignUp will commence to provide services to the Customer related to the scope set forth herein on the date agreed upon in the Agreement. SignUp will work collaboratively with the Customer and their respective departments or organizations to deliver these services.

SCOPE
SignUp undertakes to assist the Customer in the implementation of the Software in the Customer's environment by providing the following Implementation Services at the price set out in the Agreement.
SignUp has assumed that the standard out-of-the-box functionality of the Software will meet the Customer’s requirements. Any needs or requests that fall outside the capabilities of the standard solution will be discussed separately, and any additional consulting services provided by SignUp to address those needs will be billed at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement on a Time and Material basis.
Work will be completed off-site (remote). Meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams or similar. Support and training will be provided during office hours set out in the Agreement.
Planning Meeting
SignUp will arrange a meeting where the structure of the Implementation Services will be discussed with the Customer and/or BC partner. Technical Preparations SignUp will send a guide detailing the technical requirements and collect technical information impacting the project. The customer will ensure that the Software is installed and activated within one of their Microsoft Dynamics sandbox environments. If the Customer requires the Software to be Implemented in more than one environment, such services will be provided at SignUp's Consultancy Services at the rate specified in the Agreement on a Time and Material basis.
Startup Workshop
SignUp will arrange a startup meeting for the Customer's implementation project team. The purpose of the workshop is to review the solution in detail, gather the necessary information for system configuration, and identify any potential gaps related to the Customer’s requirements. If the design and requirements are determined to be outside of the standard product, it will be raised as a variation, and a quote will be provided by SignUp for the additional work required.
Configuration
SignUp will assist the Customer in completing the parameter setup for one (1) legal entity and two (2) environments. If the Customer requires assistance with setting up additional companies or environments, such assistance will be provided at SignUp's Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement on a Time and Material basis
Key User Training
SignUp will provide training for Key Users as part of the implementation. This training may be delivered as one or two sessions, depending on the structure and scope of the project. If Order Matching is included in the Agreement, an additional training session will be scheduled. SignUp will use a “train-the-trainer” approach with the expectation that the Customer will be responsible for delivering internal end-user training as needed. Additional training or ad hoc services at the request of the Customer will be provided at SignUp’s Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement on a Time and Material basis.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
SignUp will provide support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by addressing questions, assisting with issue resolution, and clarifying functionality as needed. However, the responsibility for planning, executing, and completing UAT lies solely with the Customer. SignUp does not perform UAT on behalf of the Customer.
Go Live Prep
SignUp will import ExFlow settings from the test environment to the production environment before Go Live.
Out of Scope
Performing User Acceptance Testing
All User Acceptance Testing will be authored and performed by the Customer.
Go Live support
Go Live support will be provided at SignUp's Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement, if required, on a Time and Material basis.
Data Migration
Data migration or the cleansing of employee records and transactions from other systems.
Customer Requirements
SignUp's delivery of the Implementation Services is dependent on the Customer actively participating in the implementation process and offering reasonable assistance. The Customer will therefore, in addition to any requirements set out elsewhere in the Agreement, be required to:
- Designate a project leader within the Customer's organization who will be responsible for allocating resources, managing work related to the implementation of the Software, and serving as the primary point of contact for all interactions with SignUp.
- Establish a remote connection to enable SignUp’s access to the Customer's environment.
- If parties other than SignUp implement the OCR software or any other invoice data transport stream, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the data is adapted to SignUp's specified format. If the Customer requires assistance with the format, such assistance will be provided at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement.
- Ensure that sufficiently qualified personnel from the Customer's organization are available throughout the implementation and testing phases.
- Promptly notify SignUp of any defects in the Software or its implementation discovered during the Customer's acceptance testing.
- Ensure necessary configuration in standard D365BC
- Conduct testing and accept delivery of the Software. Approval of the delivery is a prerequisite before SignUp can make the Software available in the Customer's production environment. Customer approval will be documented during a Go Live approval meeting held jointly with SignUp, following the successful completion of acceptance testing for the Software in the Customer's test environment.
