Statement of Work (SOW): BC Online Upgrade Package 2
Truvio undertakes to assist the Partner/Customer in upgrading the software in the Customer's environment by providing the following Upgrade Services at the price outlined in the Agreement Project meetings
- Start Meeting:
Truvio will arrange a start meeting to discuss the structure and scope of the Upgrade Services with the Customer and/or BC Partner. - Go-Live Approval Meeting:
Truvio will organize a meeting to obtain the Customer's approval for Go Live.
- Signup will arrange a technical meeting to discuss the upgrade path. The technical upgrade will subsequently be carried out by the partner during the BC upgrade. In the meeting, Signup will provide a walkthrough of the steps and share the necessary tools and documentation.
- A detailed guide will be sent, outlining the technical requirements and collecting information critical to the project.
- The Customer is responsible for providing environment access for the consultant. If shared screen access is used, additional hours may be required.
Truvio will arrange and configure ExFlow for the test-upgraded environment, including:
- Creating a test EDC (ExFlow Data Capture) as a copy of the current production environment.
- Setting up a new ExFlow Web for testing.
- Configuring ExFlow for BCO by running the EXF Wizard and activating functions.
Truvio will assist with the setup for up to four (4) companies. Assistance with additional companies will be provided at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement.
Truvio will configure ExFlow for the production-upgraded environment, including:
- Connecting the current ExFlow Data Capture to the ExFlow BC production environment.
- Configuring ExFlow users and linking them to BC Users.
- Setting up ExFlow Web for production.
- Configuring ExFlow email setups in the new production environment.
- Running the EXF Wizard to activate functions for ExFlow in BCO.
Truvio will assist with the setup for up to four (4) companies. Assistance with additional companies will be provided at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement.
Truvio will conduct one (1) training session for the Customer's accounts payable users.
Before Go Live, Truvio will import additional ExFlow settings from the test environment to the production environment.
Project management services are included in the price for Upgrade Services and will be provided up until Go Live.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
Truvio’s delivery of the Implementation Services is dependent on the Customer actively participating in the implementation process and offering reasonable assistance. The Customer will therefore be required to:
- Designate a project leader within the Customer's organization who will be responsible for allocating resources, managing work related to the implementation of the Software, and serving as the primary point of contact for all interactions with Truvio.
- Establish a remote connection to enable Truvio’s access to the Customer's environment.
- If parties other than Truvio implement the OCR software or any other invoice data transport stream, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the data is adapted to Truvio's specified format. If the Customer requires assistance with the format, such assistance will be provided at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement.
- Ensure that sufficiently qualified personnel from the Customer's organization are available throughout the implementation and testing phases.
- Promptly notify Truvio of any defects in the Software or its implementation discovered during the Customer's acceptance testing.
- Conduct testing and accept delivery of the Software. Approval of the delivery is a prerequisite before Truvio can make the Software available in the Customer's production environment. Customer approval will be documented during a Go Live approval meeting held jointly with Truvio, following the successful completion of acceptance testing for the Software in the Customer's test environment.
