Scope
Truvio undertakes to assist the Customer in the implementation of the Software in the Customer's environment by providing the following Implementation Services at the price set out in the Agreement.
Truvio has assumed that the standard out-of-the-box functionality of the Software will mee the Customer’s requirements. Any needs or requests that fall outside the capabilities of the standard solution will be discussed separately, and any additional consulting services provided by Truvio to address those needs will be billed at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement on a Time and Material basis.
Work will be completed off-site (remote). Meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams or similar. Support and trainings will be provided during office hours set out in the Agreement.
Technical Preparations
Truvio will send a guide detailing the technical requirements and collect technical information impacting the project. The customer will ensure that the Software is installed and activated within one of their Microsoft Dynamics sandbox environments. If the Customer requires the Software to be Implemented in more than one environment, such services will be provided at Truvio's consultancy services at the rate specified in the Agreement on a time and material basis.
Configuration
Truvio will assist the Customer in completing the parameter setup for one (1) legal entity and 2 environments. If the Customer requires assistance with setting up additional companies or environments, such assistance will be provided at Truvio's consultancy services rate specified in the Agreement on a time and material basis
Key User Training
Truvio will provide training for key users as part of the implementation. One training session is included in the Agreement. Truvio will use a “train-the-trainer” approach with the expectation that the Customer will be responsible for delivering internal end-user training as needed. Additional training or ad hoc services at the request of the Customer will be provided at Truvio’s consultancy services rate specified in the Agreement on a time and material basis.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
Truvio will provide support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by addressing questions, assisting with issue resolution, and clarifying functionality as needed. However, the responsibility for planning, executing, and completing UAT lies solely with the Customer. Truvio does not perform UAT on behalf of the Customer.
Go Live Prep
Truvio will import ExFlow settings from the test environment to the production environment before Go Live.
Out of Scope
Performing User Acceptance Testing
All User Acceptance Testing will be authored and performed by the Customer.
Go Live Support
Go live support will be provided at Truvio's consultancy services rate specified in the Agreement, if required, on a time and material basis.

Customer Requirements
Truvio's delivery of the Implementation Services is dependent on the Customer actively participating in the implementation process and offering reasonable assistance. The Customer will therefore, in addition to any requirements set out elsewhere in the Agreement, be required to:
- Designate a project leader within the Customer's organization who will be responsible for allocating resources, managing work related to the implementation of the Software, and serving as the primary point of contact for all interactions with Truvio.
- Establish a remote connection to enable Truvio’s access to the Customer's environment.
- If parties other than Truvio implement the OCR software or any other invoice data transport stream, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the data is adapted to Truvio's specified format. If the Customer requires assistance with the format, such assistance will be provided at the Consultancy Services rate specified in the Agreement.
- Ensure that sufficiently qualified personnel from the Customer's organization are available throughout the implementation and testing phases.
- Promptly notify Truvio of any defects in the Software or its implementation discovered during the Customer's acceptance testing.
- Ensure necessary configuration in standard D365BC
- Conduct testing and accept delivery of the Software. Approval of the delivery is a prerequisite before Truvio can make the Software available in the Customer's production environment. Customer approval will be documented during a Go Live approval meeting held jointly with Truvio, following the successful completion of acceptance testing for the Software in the Customer's test environment.
