Statement of Work: ExFlow E-invoicing
Introduction
The Customer is undertaking a project to implement ExFlow e-Invoicing in D365FO. Truvio is pleased to provide the Customer with this Statement of Work (“SOW”) to implement the solution.
This SOW, including scope and deliverables, is based on the requirements known to date and discussed with the Customer and, where applicable, the Customer’s Microsoft Dynamics partner.
This SOW represents the complete baseline for scope, services, service deliverables, and acceptance applicable to this project. Truvio will commence to provide services to the Customer related to the scope set forth herein on the date agreed upon in the Agreement. Truvio will work collaboratively with the Customer and their respective departments or organizations to deliver these services.

ExFlow e-Invoicing for Dynamics 365FO enables finance teams to fully digitize the invoicing process— reducing costs, and streamlining everything from selecting customers for e-invoicing to defining required formats, sending, and receiving e-invoices.

Scope
SignUp undertakes to assist the customer in the implementation of the software in the customer's environment by providing the following implementation services at the price set out in the agreement.
Truvio has assumed standard out-of-the-box functionality will be acceptable. Any modifications to the standard ExFlow e- invoicing solution package will be raised as a variation at the supplier’s consultancy services rate specified in the agreement on a time and material basis and will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Work will be completed off-site (remote). Meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams or similar. Support and trainings will be provided during office hours set out in the Agreement.
The e-invoices are generated by D365FO as electronic records and rely on the Electronic Reporting setup. Electronic reporting configuration selection, installation, setup and modification is a customer (or its partner) responsibility. Truvio provide Electronic Reporting Configurations that can be used by the customers as examples.
Any records that are not created, or any data fields that are missing and require reconfigurations, and/or customization, are not included in Truvio’s services.
Start-up Meeting
Truvio will schedule a Start-up meeting to walk through the required implementation steps, roles, and responsibilities, align the project scope and plan with the Customer.
Truvio will send a guide detailing the technical requirements and collect technical information impacting the project.
Truvio will inform the Customer of the prerequisites and required configuration in Microsoft Dynamics standard settings, to confirm the Customer’s standard D365 FO setup and configuration is compatible with the Software.
The Customer will ensure that the software is installed and activated within one of their Microsoft Dynamics sandbox environments. If the customer requires the software to be implemented in more than one environment, such services will be provided at the supplier’s consultancy services at the rate specified in the agreement on a time and material basis.
Configuration
Truvio will assist the Customer in completing the parameter setup for one (1) non-production environment, covering one (1) company, one (1) network and one (1) format as per the contract. If the customer requires assistance with setting up additional companies, environments, or formats, such assistance will be provided at the supplier’s consultancy services rate specified in the agreement on a time and material basis.
Truvio will provide a generic Electronic Reporting format to be used as templates. This has been tested and validated in common scenarios according to best practices in Truvio supported regions. The current list of supported regions can be requested at Truvio.
Training
Truvio will provide training for key users. A total of one (1) session and the basic user manual are included in the price. A “train-the-trainer” approach will be taken, and it is assumed that the Customer will provide internal end-user training as appropriate. Additional training or on-site work at the request of the customer will be provided at the supplier’s consultancy services rate specified in the Agreement on a time and material basis.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
Truvio will provide support during one(1) user acceptance testing (UAT) phase by addressing questions, assisting with issue resolution, and clarifying functionality as needed. However, the responsibility for planning, executing, and completing UAT lies solely with the customer. Truvio does not perform UAT on behalf of the Customer.
Production setup validation
Truvio will be available to validate the production environment set up prior to Go Live. Any recommendations made by Truvio are at the discretion of the Customer to make the proper adjustments in the production environment.

Performing User Acceptance Testing
All user acceptance testing will be authored and performed by the Customer.
Go Live support
Go Live support will be provided at the supplier’s consultancy services rate specified in the Agreement if required on a time and material basis.
Customer Requirements
Truvio’s delivery of the implementation services is dependent on the customer actively participating in the implementation process and offering reasonable assistance. The customer will therefore, in addition to any requirements set out elsewhere in the agreement, be required to:
Deployment
Ensure the deployment and activation of the Software in accordance with Microsoft standard procedures.
ExFlow version
Ensure that the latest required ExFlow version of ExFlow AP and Document Integration is deployed.
Project Management
Assign a project leader from within the Customer's organization that is responsible for but not limited to; allocating resources, managing work related to the implementation of the Software, and serving as the primary point of contact for all communication with Truvio and arranging a remote connection for Truvio to the Customer's environment.
Resources
Ensure that an adequate number of qualified personnel from the Customer's organization are present and available throughout the implementation and testing phases (limited or no team member turnover).
Standard D365 FO Setup, Electronic Reporting, Master and Business data
Ensure that standard D365 FO Setup and Configuration are done according to agreed requirements. Master & Business data are correct Electronic Reporting is enabled with access to the latest Microsoft repositories and assign a technical person responsible for, but not limited to: extend, customize, modify and validate Electronic Reporting data elements & mappings to fit customer business needs, and any adjustments on the generic Electronic Reporting formats provided by Truvio, necessary to accommodate specific customer business requirements.
Migration of set up on the non-production environment to other (non-production or production) environments.
Azure Marketplace subscription
Ensure that the Customer’s environment has a compatible non-CSP subscription available and will subscribe to a corresponding offer on Azure Marketplace.
Third party eInvoicing omni network providers
Ensure that any third party eInvoicing omni network providers are set up, connected and tested with Exflow AP and Exflow Document Integration.
User Acceptance Testing
Conduct thourough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of the Software, ensuring alignment with the specified requirements and objectives. Promptly inform Truvio of any defects found in the Software or its implementation during the Customer's acceptance testing.
User Acceptance Sign-Off
Upon successful completion of user acceptance testing in the Customer's test environment, the Customer shall formally accept the delivery of the Software. This acceptance confirms that the Software has been tested and approved. Once the Software is deployed in the Customer's production environment, Truvio considers its delivery accepted by the Customer.
