Improvements

59420 - Invalid progress on hour estimate when reduce effort less than Posted hours
When publish a project plan and the effort on a hour estimate with posted hours is reduced to less then the posted hours we can assume that there is no more progress anymore and the actual work that needs to be done is the new effort but the progress already done must be included in the ETC and EAC.

Corrections

59437 - Invalid percentage of completion
When changing the effort of estimates on tasks that have posted hours or progress then the percentage of completion on the bar and tooltip is not correct after publishing the draft project plan

59417 - Invalid ETC when copy paste task with progress
When use the copy paste option in the Task planning the new created task(s) can not have progress which means that the Effort , ETC and EAC fields should all be the same.

59416 - Task planning sorting not working for activity dates
In the Gantt chart preferences the fields StartDateTime, EndDateTime and ActivityStartDate, ActivityEndDate are the same but with different representation. The later are not suitable for sorting the Gantt and are therefore removed.

59224 - Amount field in budgets does not round to 2 decimals
When calculating the remaining amount, it must be rounded to two decimal places, ensuring that values resulting in zero are displayed as 0.00 rather than -0.00.

59107 - Error when clicking "Create adjustment request"
When publish a project plan connect to a budget and change management for this enabled then an error occurs when pressing the "Create adjustment request" button on the Task planning form. Error: The expected type was class, but the encountered type was real.

58572 - Available hours on edit assignments form not showing the right value for intercompany resource
When edit assignment for an activity in the Resource planning assigned capacity within other companies should be take into account: Capacity reservation for the resource within another legal entity should be set as Other hard-reserved The field Available hours should be the Total number of hours - hard reserved - other hard-reserved. When drag-drop using Remaining capacity include all intercompany assignments

New Features

57243 - Add product dimension Size, Color and Style to planning properties on resource
Product dimensions can be used as planning properties to optimize production sequencing in Simulation planning.To use product dimensions as planning properties they need to be added to the setup of the planning properties in the Planning parameters. With the button 'Product dimensions' the missing product dimensions are added to setup planning pro perties where the ones not to use can be removed. The following dimensions will be added: - Size - Product - Color - Product - Style - Product On the resources these planning properties can be added together with a dimension group to specify the values to use and in which order.

56784 - Planning properties on route of released product
Planning properties should be accessible from the production route and defaulted from the released product route. Planning properties can be adjusted on the production route.

52419 - Chart preferences to sort Task planning
In the Chart preferences of the Task planning it is possible to define a sorting field and direction to sort the main entities.

47094 - Set color on production operations
When the parameter 'Use production colors' is set to 'Yes', in the task and resource planning the colors as defined on production orders are used for tasks for the production orders. It is now possible to also define colors per operation. When the parameter 'Use production colors' is set to 'Yes' the color of a task in task / resource planning is taken from the production order operation. If not set on the operation the color from the production order is taken.

33656 - Change task type between activity and milestone
On the edit activity dialog there is a button available behind the task type field to change from normal task to milestone or from milestone to task for an existing task. This is only available or works when the task is not assigned to a cost control budget or posted journal.

Improvements

59026 - Update of transaction dates on on-account transactions on Time and Material projects
The transaction dates for on-account transactions for Time and Material projects now update in line with changes to Task planning dates.

58881 - PBS form move inventory request related buttons to own section
Some minor changes to the Product breakdown structure form: = The button for 'Available inventory' is moved from inventory menu to the toolbar top level = New button added to open all existing inventory requests

58879 - Add order reference field and easy filters to inventory request form
An order reference field has been added to the inventory requests form. Clicking on the new field will open the order.

58285 - Add inventory dimensions of item being requested to workflow configuration
We made the inventory dimension of the item being requested available in the workflow. This allows to configure workflow approval processes to also consider blank tracking Id inventory

58226 - Default the start date on creating budget from project (no WBS)
When creating a new cost control budget from a project using the below methods the start date on the budget is the same as the projected start date on the project: - Create new blank - Create new from CBS template - Create new from budget template

58202 - Paste task as recurring task
For a single task that is copied and in the paste action the option to specify a recurrence pattern is available. When the recurrence pattern is specified the task is paste as a recurring task.

58147 - Move progress and estimate parameters to separate tab
The Cost Control parameters are reorganized. All the progress and estimate dataset parameters are now shown on the 'Progress and estimates' main tab.

58102 - Fix the planning log to show that actions were taken through optimization and not connect selection
When the Optimize function in the Simulation planning on a resource is executed then the change should shown as 'Planning optimization' in the planning actions log

58080 - Use additional greyscales for CBS levels on progress and estimate form
To distinguish the CBS rows of different levels as well as possible from each other, the background color becomes gradually lighter as the level increases.

57924 - Option to specify users on a program that are authorized to create inventory requests
It is now possible to specify users on a program that are authorized to create inventory requests for that program.

57565 - Set program dimension on pegged supply orders
On pegged supply orders (production and purchase) the program ID is set to the program ID of the parent order or, in case the order is related to a project, to the program ID of the project.

56570 - Schedule actions in resource planning
To be able to use the D365 operation or job scheduling functionality for planned and production orders in Resource planning.

55109 - Ignore Cost Groups in Progress & Estimates dataset
A new parameter 'Disable cost group in progress & estimate dataset' is added to the Cost control parameters. When the parameter is set to 'Yes': - Columns for cost group (id and description) are not visible in the simplified dataset - Lines for the cost group level are not visible in the simplified dataset

55104 - Expand / collapse in simplified progress and estimate dataset
An additional column is added to the grid of the simplified progress and estimate dataset to expand or collapse then lines.

54556 - Copy properties on copy route
Previously, when using the Copy Route function, users had to manually re-enter production properties for the new route. With this update, we have introduced a toggle that allows you to carry those configurations over automatically.A new parameter, "Copy properties," has been added to the Copy Route dialog box. - Set the toggle to YES to clone all existing production properties to the new route. - Set the toggle to NO (default) to create a clean route without existing properties.

54230 - Add activity number to cost control budget line
Activity number is shown on cost control budget lines that are linked to a WBS activity

53562 - Select other WBS ID on a link
When editing a WBS activity from the task planning it was not possible to change the WBS Id of an existing link (redirect the link to another activity). This behavior is changed so the links can be adjusted directly without having to delete and recreate the link.

51337 - Suppress competence warnings
New parameter 'Suppress competence warnings' is added to the Planning parameters for the Resource planning. When 'Assign task to any resource' and the new parameter is set to 'Yes' no confirmation is shown in case competences mismatch for the resource the operation or job is added.

50775 - Set the default collapse state on multi project task planning
There is now a parameter to set the default collapse state when opening task planning for multiple projects. The default for a single project remains at 'Expand All' but an alternative option can be set on project level as well. Project level settings do not affect multi project views and vice versa.

50069 - Calendar deviations on resource group in simulation planning
In simulation planning, calendar deviations can be defined on all resource groups independent of the setting 'Use calendar for tasks'. Any calendar deviation applied to a resource group in simulation planning is automatically applied to all individual resources of the resource group.

57821 - Rebranding Products to Truvio
References to Axtension are rebranded to Truvio.

Corrections

58848 - Duplicate lines created incorrectly on PBS
In some situations additional Purchase order lines where shown on the PBS for purchase orders created through planning. This has been fixed

58847 - PBS delay days not aligned to net requirement delay days
In some scenarios the delay days on the PBS did not align with the net requirement delay days. This has been corrected

57468 - Restriction on program inventory request
To prevent workflow errors and unintended negative inventory, the "Request program inventory" action is now restricted to items with physical stock. The "Request program inventory" button is now only enabled when the selected line in the on-hand list has Available Physical Inventory greater than zero.
